You know what??? WHO CARES?? and WHAT"S IT TO YOU??? I read the Star Tribune every day. I read it because it seems all else is fishwrap. After I read in the STAR TRIBUNE that this kid quit his hockey team my first thought was "shame on you star tribune". Let the poor kid alone. He is only a kid. So...

Congrats Ben Lynch!!
Former Blaine star Ben Lynch committed to RIT late last week. He is sure to make an impact with the Tigers. Couldn't have happened to a nicer kid. Congrats Ben!

Where did Rau take his team this year? To a fifth straight state tournament or to a 7-2 thrashing in the section final? Oh yeah, that's right, it was the latter....speedskater wrote:He is over rated. I would rather have Kyle Rau than Bjugstad. He didnt take his team anywhere today and was a non factor.

How did Alt make this list, am I missing something? Is he that good defensively? 9pts in 19 games just doesn't seem to fit. Because he has committed to the UofM.. DUH.. Why is Gardiner on the list? He has missed a significant chunk of the season due to injury. Not questioning his talent but you can...

Although Minnetonka's goalie didn't look great, the rest of the team did. IMO, Minnetonka is undoubtably the best team in the state. Gardiner and Coatta were the two best forwards on the ice tonight. They are blessed with D that help control the game. Bjugstad is not as blessed in that area. Did Bj...

Brock Nelson showed that he is the best SR player in the state this year. That's quite a bold statement considering Bjugstad was out of the country... You're assuming, of course, that Bjugstad is successful in completing both his junior and senior coursework. Otherwise, if you consider him a junior...

I agree that you need to let it go. Rankings really don't mean anything. If anything, it would only make Virginia play harder to make up for being "slighted". Also, the minnhock rankings are computer generated and take into account strength of schedule and other mysterious factors much like the BCS ...

Jigs your exactly right.. the problem with the gophers is they recruit only the goal scorers . Not saying that, that is a problem but it would help that team greatly if they recruited kids that would go in the corners and get the puck to those scorers. Hopefully Nick learns how to use his size and ...
