Is there anyway you KIDS from Hibbing, falls and Virginia can open up a new thread to argue about the past and your high school drama so we can actually talk about hockey?

Just a question, so no need to go on the defensive and start name calling like big boys now.

What ever happened to cheering for your section even if you got knocked out by the team that is going to state. I guess if Hibbing people and Falls people want to cheer for the cities teams and private schools, that's your right. But come on. I am a die hard Hibbing fan and I will be rooting for Sec...

On the other hand, it is the state tourny and anything could happen. Example, Grand Rapids vs Edina in a quarterfinal game a few years ago.

So what happens if Section 2 and Section 6 have a drop off in the future? Do we then complain that other sections should be shuffled? It is just the way it is, things change.

It's nice to finally see some people actually talking about the game. Testostarone gets a little thick sometimes around these threads.

Hoping for a Hibbing win and a good game. Would be nice for a Marshall loss against Virginia just for the fact it would guarantee a northern public school in the tourney.

In Hibbing it is 6 weeks for your first offense, 18 weeks for your second offense and 3 weeks for guilty by association. This is for alcohol, drugs, tobacco or bad personal conduct. The only bad thing about this is that it makes alot of kids quit the sport which frees up more time to drink and use d...

Obviously you didn't hear the "Bunch of Pussies" chant every time Hibbing hit someone. And more than likely you didn't see the great sportsmanship they showed last year at the DECC when they threw stuff all over the ice when they lost. Didn't mean to ruffle your feathers, perhaps you were one of the...

Should be a good game and no matter who wins, at least it is an Iron Range team that will be down south. One more thing to add. I am a big Hibbing fan. I played for Hibbing and coached many youth teams. I was embarrassed by the Hibbing student section on Saturday night. I am all for the chanting and...

Yup, must be higher than a kite. But I am sticking with a Hibbing victory. And if Hermantown ends up in state out of 5A, good luck to them. Lighten up buddy.

Except most of the range refs are from Greenway and Rapids and they hate Hibbing worse than Duluth area teams.

Hibbing lost all three senior goalies, which accounted for the varsity and JV. I believe that they have one Bantam moving up for sure, possibly two. Maybe some kids will come out of retirement to play some JV games.
