Top Pee Wee A Player

Cousineau kid from Fort Frances hands down but what is most important to note is that great team hockey can negate the star player any day. Do not forget that 'young guns' the game is still a team game....keep that in mind while you are woking on your shot over the summer.

Re Group

Me thinks a nuetral zone regroup now and than would have been nice to see. Simply try to draw that formidable defense into a potential odd man situation. Wild forced the puck far too much but a good pressuring club will do that to teams. Duck had too much manpower for the wild to handle and beat the...

Program

The Grand Rapids program is in pretty darn good shape. Next season should be a fun year to watch with so many Seniors vying for a spot and the young up and comers pushing for a spot. Look forward to some golf, fishing and vacationing than back to some hockey action.

Woodbury Enrollment (10-12): 1765 Roseau Enrollment (10-12): 325 Back before some of you were born the State of Minnesota used to have a single class tournament where folks litterally could NOT find a ticket without paying a kings ransom outside. In Duluth

I think the game should stay in Duluth but East shold have to find another home ice venue for regular season. That looks to change here in the future (I do believe) with the new Bulldogs arena coming some day and the new Duluth (Heritage Center) facility that will be built. I thought I heard correct...

None Exist. Hockey is a TEAM game played by players who should expect the ultimate sacrifice for TEAM glory. The good players all know that in the land of 10,000.

HUGE win by the T-Hawks right in the Hounds back yard and big for the Grand Rapids program as the title runs through East. The sleeper team of the section got a big win against a very good East squad...well done and well earned. :D :D :D

Very Good Question

Rhino that is puzzeling usually MHJ does a much better job at getting the rankings correct which means they do their homework on teams. Hopkins is a very good hockey club and deserves a top 10 billing in pee wee A.

You are impressed with Hermantown's schedule? Come on, how many "little sisters" does a very solid team need in a 25 game schedule? If you are going to rip Hibbing I would not compare schedules between the two clubs. Let 'em drop the puck and see who comes out a winner I think after Saturday night y...

EDINA

I think Edina sets a great example of how to run an organization. It may not be easy to do in all communities but there is a lot of "down time" when player development of associations can solicit and train coaches. Most programs have some very good old timers around who just might wish to coach. The...

CEC came out in the 1st and controlled play for about the first 4 minutes than Rapids got on track. Generating some offense with Ellingson standing tall in net.
