After East thumped Wb 8-1 and put the game in running time at the VFW, I don't think there is much more to think about.

What happened to East? It is not that hard to figure out. East out shot Grand Rapids by about 38 to 17 Sheppard is a very good goalie and he was on today and he won the game. Today the better team won.

In the case above the kid is not going to Duluth. Most associations have by-laws that address these issues. Generally if you do not try out you go to the lowest level. B1 or B2. It would take an act on the association's board to place a skater at a higher level.
