Betting against the large metro suburban schools in 5A is risky. However, The Catholic Factor must also be considered if CDH is there and they always are. Last time Lakeville South and CDH played it was 22-21 LV in a section final. Packerboy was there and was sure that there was no way the LV coach ...

Whatever its purpose, all the league can do is help develop players. It cant turn back the tide of players leavng early and hasnt. I dont know anybody who seriously thought that it would. If a player is considering leaving high school for juniors, why would the presence of an Elite league stop him? ...

Oh, but think about it.

Poor witto CDH with such a tiny enrollmemt up against the well heeled, fat cat , behemoth public conglomorates.

What a story.

It is like David vs Goliath; Hoosiers; Miracle on Ice, The Mighty Ducks, etc etc.

Yah gotta love it.

The Twins' Bill Smith is in Los Angeles for baseball's general manager meetings, and it would be surprising if he doesn't talk to the San Diego Padres about a deal of third baseman Kevin Kouzmanoff for left fielder Delmon Young. St. Paul Pioneer Press  The Twins would have to offer more. Kouz...

All 8 teams that remain in 5A are good but I would not say that its all " Up for Grabs" . I know this will surprise many but I am goin with The Catholic Factor this year and pickin CDH to win it all. It will be a tough Road but the Raiders appear to be on a Crusade to win it all. The big well funded...

At least Denny gave his team a chance to win OT.

Wacky Brewster had his team throw it Up for Grabs to a gimpy WR on his side of the 50 with 40 seconds left.

Real exciting but also real risky.

Now you know why Denny took the knee.

If I remember right it was almost the same time left and field position.

Saturdays game showed we dont need to REHIRE MASON as I have advocated.

The spirit of Glen the Great lives on in the Metrodome.

Find a way to lose and make it a real boofin goofy way while you are at it.

They could win the rest or lose the rest.

Go CDH Raiders. Beat the Woodbury Royals.

It seems like every time there is a big game in any sport, its CDH vs Woodbury.

The Catholic Factor will again be big tonight.
