I agree, girls who choose to play with the Thoroughbreds should not be part of Jr. fest, which is for girls playing MN high school hockey. BTW talent on Thorougbreds is not what it used to be, doesn't seem like that many girls from that team are moving to college level....only a few listed on their ...

another issue might be that he does not have a college degree, which seems to be a basic requirement for most head coaching jobs...but who knows...

Housley to Penn State?

Stillwater's Phil Housley is being mentioned as a possible head coaching candidate for the new Penn State hockey program. Apparently he is a favorite of the guy who donated the money to start the program and who just bought the Buffalo Sabres, the team Housley spent many years with as a player.

the coach who took over for stauber is a guy who is a coach at his training center so what does that tell you...

Also...Lucia is acting more and more like woog..insisting on going with the MN players...problem is he is not getting the all the best MN kids to wear maroon and gold...
