As I mentioned above, D Becker was out because of his Misconduct penalty against B'ville. A very weak call at that - it was more of a push check.
Sounds like a check to me.

It'll be a two horse race between 2/6 and 4/7. That 1/3 team looks like Seabiscuit to make another horse analogy.

Leave it to someone from Texas to show up out of the blue and try to impose his superiority complex on everyone else. People like Ganderif with all of their matter-of-fact attempts to prove themselves right and look better than everyone else drive me nuts.

Any team that plays New Ulm in this tournament is in a good spot.
He's making fun of his lame play on words.
I get that, but I'm pointing out the obviousness of the first sentence.

Attitude can make a huge difference in the consolation bracket. It will be a lot harder for a favorite like DE to pick themselves up than it would have been for Lakeville South.

Let's assume the MSHSL does exactly what you propose and then the AA state tournament is composed of a private school majority. People like yourself would be complaining all over again.

Hopkins had great jerseys that looked like almost exactly like Nordiques jerseys. They put crowns where all the fleur-de-lis were.

Assuming they still use them, my favorites, in no particular order: Hopkins, Warroad, Jefferson, and Burnsville.

Well, they do have a point that MN doesn't develop enough elite goalies. Very few Minnesotan goalies have forged decent NHL careers recently. Stalock looks like our best hope at the moment if he can recover from that awful knee injury. As far as the ELITE league goalies having bad stats, I would bla...

Boy if only some of those amped up AAA parents would read Jack McCartan's story. As a partial aside, he made the all-conference team as a junior and senior, I believe. For one thing the Bantam A team was the top team in District 2 this past season. The HS team needs coaches that will keep tons of kids from heading to private schools. Aaron Fulton and Aaron Lewicki have been a great 1-2 punch at the Bantam A level for the last couple of years. Both are relatively y...
