Hibbing advanced after a one goal game with Cloquet Purple. Pequot did advance, but barely. They won with 45 seconds left against a scrappy IFalls team. As the earlier posting stated, competition was very close with the exception of one team. Several exciting OT's, some 1 goal games and some whoodat...

I'll chime in as a voice from the North. We (Duluth) played Pequot (Northern Lakes) and was handed a pretty good thumping due to one very impressive player. They are a very good B team, and without their star, would be a good B team. They have a untested goalie that doesn't see many shots. They will...

Lucky team! I work on the tournament and we pride ourselves on the quality/size of the event. 82 teams this year (13th annual). Worlds largest youth girls hockey tournament. Two champions on the 12UB side due to the quantity of teams. Therefore, you need to predict two champions from a field of 20 t...

New to the forum, as it was brought to my attention my goalie daughter (Duluth 12UB) was being complimented. Thanks Cloquet Dad. I feel a bit funny talking about my kid in this way, but I also know she's a hard working girl that loves the position more than ice cream and Christmas gifts. We played t...
