Exactly, night train, the evaluators can't determine in 3 or 4 days if the kid is a head case or is lazy or if she works her butt off in practice and is extremely coachable and has exhibited consistent growth over time. It would be great to get some coaches' input into those factors, but then you'r...

So, there are girls on the team now from probably 12 different associations and several different high school teams and they managed to get 12 different coaches to watch only those girls and purposely ignore whoever it is you are upset about? I'm guessing the real truth is, is that someone showed up...

Absolutely. NOT. Chisago and Champlin Park should have played 12A hockey too!! The whole 12B tournament is .......... In five years we will see if it made a difference for Chisago, Tartan, and Champlin to play down. We already saw it. Chisago High School girls were in the state tournament. They wer...

I'll say one thing on this whole A vs B thing. I had 6 girls from one of these teams on my AAA team last summer. All 6 did very well. The 2 best forwards waived out to play A and the other 4 were not allowed any option but stay and play B. (The girls director said she wanted to go to state) After wa...

Breck will win but they have too much class to run up the score more than 6-8 goals.
10 goals maybe?

Not the first to bring this up, but maybe there should to be 3 divisions in Girl's Youth Hockey. There were 61 12A teams in Minnesota this season. Do not have the number in front of me, but I suspect there must be another 50 - 70 B teams. You allow A1 and A2 teams to scrimmage and you allow A2 team...

What is Champlin Park doing playing B hockey without an A team.

Chisago has 5 or 6 including the 2 who went to Forest Lake. But they suffer from 12b state tournament fever.
