Bantam B 1 players
maybe these individual players did not tryout well and thats the reason 15 - 45 kids placed higher then them in the begining of October.. Most of these team all have 2 or 3 solid players that would play at the A level. North Metro has a nice player # 98 plays the game very well. As mentioned Wayzat...

I agree, although probably still top 20... I think this move by Wayzata will sort of shift the power in D3 to OMGHA, who isn't going with 2 'A' teams. I also noticed in their board meeting minutes that Wayzata will have a Bantam B1-1 and a B1-2 team, the same way that OMGHA has in the past. There i...

I'll try the 98's- Pool A- compuware, man jrsteelers, mission ,machine, ccm. Looks like a very good pool!! Miision over the Steelers. Pool B-Blades should be the class of these teams. Mn Edge could make a run. Madison caps always good.Bauer and Reebok I don't know anything about. Bauer Select lookin...

Isn't this the guy that calls himself a strong Christian and will not miss church for hockey? but he can yell and scream at 10 year old boys - wow some Christian... What I find bizarre is that the parents not all but most let the coaches there at that orgainzation get away with this behavior. I wou...

DED1, your obsession is unhealthy. 5 different posts in what you copied mentioning the guys antics and 2 more recollections in posts after it, but you pick dog out as being obsessed? Hockey coaches sometimes need to be loud; rinks have terrible acoustics, kids have helmets, and crowds are noisy. Bu...

a good friend reff'ed a few games today in ST Louis Park, Not sure of the age, but the team was Torpso. Said the coach called a timeout and went postal on his kids. He feels awful that he didn't remove the coach from the game. I told him that is a difficult line, and basically apologized that he wa...

There are too many AAA teams? Why? Because you think the tourneys can't attrack out of state teams? Our tourneys will always attrack out of state teams. Is it because you are concerned that without the top out of state teams coming in the Blades and Machine won't have anyone to play here?? Again, w...

Re: MN Selects or MN Super Series
Which one of these festivals usually gets the best metro talent? I would say the SS does draw the top talent from the metro area. This year I did notice there were a number of Machine players in the tournament which is nice to see particularly at the 99 level. Have had a chance to see both and woul...

You must be really bored. I followed the link you included. You have to click on each player's name to see where they are from. Besides, it's not like the Blades don't do the same thing, they just don't have the stones to post the name(s) of their out-of-state or out-of-country player(s) on their w...

Re: Machine tournament Schedule
My understanding is that the machine teams have been very practice focused in the past. This year they have 7 tournaments this year. One of which is the Warrior Cup. I can't figure out why a top level invite team would play in that tournament. Not a knock on that tournament at all, just not a good ...

The usual suspects...... Machine, blades, icemen. I would say you are right on the biggest difference is that these teams are what I would concider invite teams with the remaining teams as open level. The 98 Machine and Blades will be pretty even and it will be interesting to see how the 99 Machine...

machine coach is excellent. team has extremeley low turnover - kids love the coach - all top players wanted to come back - add in a solid addition from the blades + 2-3 good hockey players from north metro -- 2010 should be decent would be great if blades would commit to 3 or 4 game series over the...

Wow Gorilla - Sounds like sour bananas to me! The way I see it, EP had to beat LVS and STMA to win the whole thing and STMA is twice the team that Wayzata or Tonka is. LVS has a good team and if they play this tourney 10 times the outcome would be different each time. Give em credit - give them ALL...

So who are everybody's Fargo favorites? Championship predictions? which 2 teams? Personally would love to see a STMA vs Jefferson rematch. Minnetonka, STMA rematch, Minnetonka wins 3-2, just a prediction. I would still keep Wayzata in there along with EP. Wayzata scrimmaged STMA early in the year a...

They had to rebuild...very weak team in 2009. I would say for the most part the Blades have mantain most of there players on there 95,96,97,98,99 teams where most other AAA teams have experience more turn over much of the stability of the teams is due to there organization. My understanding is that...

Seems strange that Wayzata Gold is still ranked in top 20 with there other B1 team Navy not ranked after defeating some ranked teams not to mention beating Gold. Not sure of the process of ranking. Let's Play Hockey rankings are not science. We can all agree with that. The top 10 are, for the most ...

Most teams...probably not. Blades and Icemen? You'll see a lot of the same players still there. The Blades 2000 team did a 75% turnover in one year....... They had to rebuild...very weak team in 2009. I would say for the most part the Blades have mantain most of there players on there 95,96,97,98,9...
