Krissy Wendell would chew her up and spit her out. Krissy had all the tools. Brandt who has a lot of nice tricks in her bag is a very nice player but lacks explosive speed. Which is generally major component in the higher levels for super Stardom. She will do well in her college career. I don't thin...

Re: Section 7A
Why did Chisago Lakes go from AA to A? Did there enrollment drop? Or did they pull a Roseau?

Re: MS Hockey/MS Goalie 2011
Weak schedule, very weak. Coaches fault for not playing strong competion in the non-conference schedule. Probably would have had a hard time hitting 40 points in one of the tough city conferences. Looking at the schedule they played. Rachel Bona would of anilated that schedule and would of probably ...

Stats AA Vs A
The stats should be broken down into AA vs A with a strength of schedule value. I think Mr "ghshockeyfan" would be the perfect person for this task. He is good.

I have talked to Bill a few times over the years. He definately had a passion and never said a bad word about any of the kids. He will be missed. Thanks Bill for giving back. Anoka really has not played anyone yet. Don't get to excited. There non-conference schedule seems a little weak. Why? Anoka has some young fast players and a decent goalie. They might suprise some teams Agreed Nice older nucleus to go with young girls from very good 12UA teams the last two years... ...

Re: Mounds View Girls Hockey
Went to Roseville yesterday and saw a good game between Mounds View and Anoka. The Mustangs I think have a chance at winning the section. That first line for Mounds View is explosive. And defensively they are solid as well. Does anyone think the Mustangs will win the section? This section is a toss...

Duluth was a very good team. Their goal tender Paige Turner was outstanding. I see them getting better next year. Nikki Loggergren also had a nice game. She is sneaky and has good hockey sense. I beleive next year their will be more real tight exciting games against Duluth. Congrats to Sam Geissler ...

Re: ??
Looking at the 'ELKoholics' schedule it is kind of tough to rank them much higher than where you have them. My guess is they will push hard for a 2 or 3 spot based on record. Losing to Duluth sort of puts them where you have them DHMN. Loss to the 'hounds' is the 'nail in the coffin' despite record...

Since the board went down all day yesterday.. Duluth beat CEC 2-1 here in Cloquet and gets Elk River down there at 3 pm tomorrow. Paige Turner beat them once.. can she do it on their ice? Will the Elks play Three lines or Two? They have rolled three all Year. Will they move to the Grand Rapids styl...

Tend to agree with T-Bird. Maybe we should let these girls and thier families enjoy the nominations before we publicly put a number grade on thier high school accomplishments. Most of the time these polls turn out to be a popularity contest, they do not dictate who will win the award just who has t...

Re: ??
OK, so you are talking about Elk River's loss to Duluth was not an idicator of a game. So don't you think that the PHM loss to Grand Rapids was not an indicator game as well? PHM outshot GR 25-15 and in my opinion I think PHM outplayed GR for the most part. Check this out. Done by the master himsel...

Elkpower, I think you should take some time tonight and look at the schedules of Elk River and PHM. Then look at the latest LPH rankings. You lose all credability when you comment that PHM does not play anybody. They do have some soft teams on their schedule. Superior and Silver Bay are in their co...

Re: Smokin'
If I am correct they kind of rank the teams just as the boys do, is that in fact correct? If so head to head counts first, followed by common opponent, than strength of schedule. That puts the Elks at 4. Fill me in boys if it is different in girls rankings. You forgot Elks Beat Grand Rapids Tied Cl...
