Delano beat Orono 6-3 tonight in a big ranking deciding game, however it seems it made Orono look worse than they are in a few ways, delano scored an empty netter and then a goal with 5 seconds left, before that it was 4-3 and it seemed the game could go either way, also Orono's #1 and #3 defensemen...

I like Orono in the bronze division. They outscored their opponents 18-1 in their last two games, they're the real deal.

apparently orono looked pretty good and tied it up 2-2 and then their temporary goalie playing for their suspended starter let in some easy ones and they lost their confidence.

Warroad 6-1, this is a wild guess. How is Orono looking this year? Orono is looking pretty solid, but their starting goalie is out for their first two games (Friday @ Lake of the Woods and Saturday @ Warroad). If their goalie plays a good game and their defenseman play solid, their forwards should ...

I also just found out that Orono's goalie is out the first two games from a suspension. They go up north to Lake of the Woods and Warroad for their first two so we'll see how that goes. What was he suspended for? And do they have a reliable backup? If not, they'll have a tough time against those Wa...

they have a goalie who came back to hockey last year after not playing since peewees, but I've heard good things about him, seems he should be solid. Luedtke is back now but the word is he's still recovering from his injury a bit. Definitely seems he will be ready for the season though.

Section 2A

What do you guys think for section 2A this year? I think Breck will have a very tough time winning this section again. Blake is obviously going to be tough with all their upperclassmen coming back, teams like Delano and Orono are intriguing though. Delano has Tyler Heinonen so they could be very dan...
