I agree with woog. Gophers d are brutal and have been for the last couple years.

If this kid can put some muscle on his frame to take on the physical part of the game he will play at the next level. Tons of potential. Only a sophomore, plenty of time to get ready and bigger for post high school hockey.

If its going to be iron range ( and northern minnesota), might as well have put omdahl and stopskof from warroad on there too. I remember the one year when Oshie came down and played in this game for the range. Either make it northern mn or the range. One or the other imo.

Great game between these teams in a back and forth game. Congrats to the hawks on making this game for the second straight yr. having private schools in class A is a joke. Two words. Man up! and go to AA

4. Marshall- hell of a 4 seed just has no arguements against the top 3

Losing him hurts marshall.. both these teams are probably top 3 teams in this section.. virginia nice win vs. sartell.. i'll take virginia by two in a close hard fought game between these 2 teams that don't like each other.. outcome will majorly effect seeding in 7a
