I hope STA goes AA like the rest. Just don't cry next year when the AA semis are BSM STA and Hill Totino.

St Thomas enrollment is listed at 1066. I assume they double the boys enrollment numbers to come up with this...Why doesnt MSHSL draw the AA line at 1000? Anyway, I do find it interesting that the 2 schools that opted up in AA will be playing for the championship, averaging 1/6 the enrollment of th...

where did all these Benilde kids play youth hockey?

Can't believe how fast and skilled some of these players are. I do not remember a lot of them from the youth days. Where did they all play?

No, your response shows how little you know about high school hockey in Minnesota. Which wouldn't be bad otherwise, except you're posting this drivel on a forum dedicated to high school hockey in Minnesota. Comparing swimming to hockey?? That is your argument? That's bad, even for you. Lee Well this statement just shows how little you know about swimming. I believe it goes to the team which beat the higher seed, so that would be Hill-Murray.

Official Duluth East "eat crow" thread. You know w

I had no dog in the fight but these posts were great. 9-1 East 8-2 DE 6-2 East! LS gets a couple to the back of the net, but East will have no trouble 6-2 East. LS has ZERO chance I would think East would roll in this one. Probably be tight for the first period or so. I will say the Hounds will pull...

This will likely be the case 3 times today. In one of the games, the bigger team will be on the short end. In most years it also happens in AA. You are 100% right. There is no reason for teams to opt up to a bigger class because we all know there is quality hockey played by small schools as well. S...
