I echo Bo's comments ... Edina's team had planned a tough schedule through scrimmages and tournaments. With some losses at the early season, then they improved the most through the season. But, some other associations, no need to name who ... play AA hockey but coach scheduled 3-5 scrimmages against...

Has Minnesota had a better group of goalies than these 2018's  Your probably right and that is just another piece of evidence to back up what twop different scouts have told me. That being that nationally (MN included), at this point in the development cycle, that the 2000's are the deepest,...

Bantam AA team ranking for 2014-2015 season
With association hockey tryouts coming up in about 2 month, summer high school STP finishing up, bantam elite lighting up, and freshmen thinking about playing high school or returning to Bantam, with all the things considered, which are the top Bantam AA teams this coming season? Will another team b...

The STMA goalie can definitely steal a game. I believe last years 3rd place game was them vs Wayzata and it took Wayzata 4 periods to finally put one by him. Doesn't Wayzata have two decent goaltenders this year? Or does one play more than the other? I'm looking forward to watching the South Region...

Mnhock, do you mean that D6 doesn't have the top team in the state or if it isn't the toughest district. You can argue EP may not be the top team in the state but there is no question D6 is the toughest district in the state. There's not another district close from top to bottom. D6 has some top te...

Should be interesting. Burnsville has been ranked in the top 20 almost all year- has quality wins and should get in. Still a mystery on how the process works and don't know who from District 6 will be at the seeding meeting. How do we find out? B guy, With respect. Burnsville was also over-rated th...

D6 is the strongest, but not all teams [Owatonna] should go. Normally D6 is the strongest district in Bantam AA in other years, would argue not this year. Even though yhh tries to advocate ep to be the no. 1 team in the state, clearly they are behind ER, Stillwater, Wayzata and GR. Where should Ton...

Will the regional seedings be pleasantly distributed?
Who will be the losers and who will be the winners in regional seedings selection? The new A/AA formate ALMOST gives every team a spot to play in the regionals, but still a few unlucky ones will be left out. Will the selection committee from your association fight for your own team, fight for/agains...

For a game, normally teams pay $200-250 for the ice, somewhere around $80-100 for ref. You do your job when you get paid! If you feel you didn't get enough thanks for being ref, don't do it! Rumor on the street goes that many experienced refs try hard to get ref schedules, and that is why younger re...

Of course it is a not a sure thing, but this little girl will have BETTER chance to make it to the highest level in hockey. So long her parents would not push her over the edge and allow her to fail, she will be fine. You guys might need to eat your own words when Sara becomes the next Gigi Marvin i...
