You don't consider Distrct 2 and 8 part of the metro? I must have missed something during this whole thing. Seeing you don't put where your from I have to assume it is from one of the districts that get to participate. Probably should have been worded "some metro districts will compete in this...

District 2, 4 and 8 have been overlooked in this tournament of champions. And since when do runner-ups be ...

Go over to KFAN and podcast Dan Barreiro from 2-4-14 and Lou talks about this topic. Pretty good. The 29 minute mark is the topic at hand.

The Icebreaker used to be the premier winter tourney. Last year at 12A alone, 18 of the top 20 teams in the state participated. Now with the odd format, poor seeding and less of the top talent, it is just another out of towner. :( Interesting that a team that goes 1-2 in pool play gets to the champ...

I recall a Richards dad Harry playing keeper for the 'Pack back in '69 or so.
Those Balls were always big and took up most of the net..
Get physical with them...hit em...they always seemed to drop.

Re: Photos in the Lockeroom

How does Minnesota make up rules about no cameras and no phones in the lockeroom but alot of the team pictures of Squirt teams in District 3 are in the lockerooms. Conflict of interest?
