I won't be able to check in until around mid night tonight. Good luck Kniven.

A sincere congratulations to this 218, Duluth Greyhound puckster. Mad Town is probably the best place to play D1 outside of 218 UMD D1 hockey. All the best!

Re: What happened to Followthepuck.com?

Absolutely agree. FTP is basically providing a free service. It doesn't hurt if you find value to throw in a couple bucks to make it worthwhile to the provider as a show of support. What gets me is the people that complain about a service they are not even paying for like they are entitled to it (c...

3. Cloquet (13-11-1, #21) -The Lumberjacks had a tumultuous week in which they lost to surging Grand Rapids but notched a tie with Hermantown to stay among the ranked. Rapids in the quarterfinals poses an interesting challenge for this squad, which has respectable talent at all positions but can’t ...

I don't think his request for donations is uncalled for considering he has been very upfront that he's entered into this as a passion and requires a small return to keep going. Absolutely agree. It would be a huge upset but I will say Greenway is the best below .500 (12-13) A team in the state.

Yea. CEC is barely at .500. It would be quite the upset x3 if we get the X.

Re: The Hermantown Thread

Well if Mr. Pionk posts on here bashing the Hawks program, the people, players etc. then I think he would fall in the fan club. What little I read about him is that he strongly feels the Hawks should have moved up. I would be in the same boat as him. When I come up to Mn. I am surprised how little ...

They both are computer programs trying to do something without human emotion so that neither is capable of beauty, Pagestat does a better job but to say it is without confusion is a bit of hyperbole. Re: The Hermantown Thread

Is Scott Pionk a Hermantown hater? I think Hermantown is a top 10 hockey team every year the last 20 irregardless of A or AA. A great hockey program second only to Duluth East in the 218 👍 Moorhead, Roseau, Grand Rapids may argue at the AA level. Last 20 years DEast 12 appearances 4 runner-ups Moor...

Re: 7AA 2018-2019

Exactly, advantage to the metro schools, East minimizes A schools the best it can. The best it can? Denfeld has been the only Class A competition on East’s schedule the past few years. They have the resources and name brand to schedule pretty much any AA program they want. Yes, they spend plenty of...

Ain’t that the truth. That’s all right. I guess I don’t care too much for QRF. Playing the local range A schools is pretty awesome.

I don’t foresee the East End Consolidation opting up unless they have sustained success at the A level and that of course includes the youth level. I also think Ely will end up co-opting with them. Hibbing would be a more likely candidate. 7A would change dramatically except for Hermantown winning ...
