Re: Bullying at Hill Murray?

Both of my kids transferred out of HM with a significant contributing reason being the conduct of their peers. While we don't necessarily characterize their experience as bullying, although certain aspects could be. One such example, they were both frequently ridiculed by peers for working in the cu...

3) Stillwater - Like Hill-Murray, Stillwater graduated a ton. Didn't live up to expectations last year with the section title runner-ups, but Coach Doman has another highly talented Bantam group coming in, led by the electric Noah Tussey and Charlie Strobel. Can the young Ponies match the Bears and...

Minnesota Hockey State Tourney champ White Bear Lake gets knocked off by #34 rated Duluth East in the first round of the VFW State Tourney in WBL today. Oddly enough, Duluth East goes 2-0-1 vs White Bear this season. Actually 1-1-2 if you are counting OTs as ties otherwise 2-2. Then lost 2 straight...

Mpls BAA has won the Nexus AAA division two years straight with overage players. I know they've won second division, and I'll even say it is BECAUSE they have overage players. I mean win the whole thing. As in beating Mission, CYA, the Detroit teams, and the top Ontario teams. I'm sure there'd be m...

JSR, they haven't won yet. If Edina, Wayzata, or Minnetonka takes it some year you better believe there'll be a complaint about overage players. You don't need to look for a study with lots of data on injuries. Just wait until an overage player badly injures a true Bantam at one of these things. BT...

For this winter's One Hockey tourney in Blaine, they told our association our bantam AA needed to play U16 which would put 13s on the ice with 16s.

Quote from thread: http://www.ushsho.com/forums/viewtopic.php?t=33595 ......This time I'm sympathetic to your cause but if MN Hockey wants, they can take away your Tier 1 status as easily as they granted it. But, if they continue grant Tier 1 to Revolution then you must agree that they should grant ...

Please correct if wrong, I was told by FLHA oldtimers the move of FL from D10 to D2 came about when St. Cloud was added to D10 and MNH required them to move an association to D2. D10 voted FL to be moved. Since then, St. Cloud became part of D5 however FL was never moved back to their place in D10.

The BE website indicates that the Revolution will play PWAA in D2 as part of the NSP Association. From what I hear nothing has been mentioned at D2 meetings about a PWAA team from NSP. With 3 only known PWAA teams in D2, Stillwater and WBL are playing in D8 and FL in D10. That leaves the question, i...

It is my understanding AAU sanctions teams not organizations thus an Assoc need not sanction fully with AAU just form team that has AAU sanctioning with a different name.

I learned from my family in Chicago that assoc have created a separate team within their organization that is AAU affiliated. The caveat is that they cannot use the same name per USA Hockey rules. The Romeoville Huskies have created the Hounds to play mites in an AAU mite league that is proliferatin...
