Burnsville finally pulls one out. 3-2.

I've had no luck with the streaming for this game. Shame....was looking forward to watching it.

Amazing player, but the Gophers cannot recruit every MN player. The 2013 class for the U is already stacked with talent.

Did anyone see when they showed the Hill fans and the sign that said "Congrats STA on the JV championship"

Whether he goes straight to the U or not depends on the potential lineup. They'll be losing 7 seniors (5 of them forwards.) And the 2012 recruiting class coming in is slightly thin on forwards. And you have to rule in the possibility of someone like Bjugstad leaving (which I pray he doesn't.)

By the looks of it, Minneapolis would have a semi-solid team, but still not enough to compete in the Section of Death. (6AA)

Despite the outcome of this game. Great season for Lakeville South. Excited to see Kloos on the Gophers!

Other than the blowouts in the A bracket. This really has been an exciting tournament so far. The fact that no seeded team has advanced adds to the excitement. Question: Since they started seeding teams (Date?) Has there ever been a tournament where none of the seeded teams advanced to the semis?

Burnsville. Sadly they can never beat Edina :( as a 'Tonka alum who grew up in the 80s and early 90s... I feel your pain. I know you're supposed to want to actually beat the other team, but I was soooooooo happy to see Edina moved out of Section 6, I didn't mind having to deal with EP, BSM and Wayz...

I'm hoping that it'll be a South-Moorhead final. If that happens I really don't mind either team winning.

Moorhead moves on to the finals 2-1 ot.

To be fair. He does kind of have a point. Eagan went 1-1 against Burnsville. While Edina beat Burnsville twice. Eagan didn't really have a convincing win at all this season.

I'm just hoping this game is competitive.
