Some weak calls, "yes". Discipline/control issues for egf, "yes". Let us see if egf coaches can get their team to play a little smarter in the second.

Hermantown vs East Grand Forks

Yep, it's been a while and got curious what the buzz has been. I see the boys from egf have been doing well. I think this game is going to be decided by the most disciplined team. Which team is most likely to make the silly passes, be out of position because they're running the puck, take stupid pen...

changes not made in the Breck game

It looks like EGF hasn't made any changes to their D coverage. Two D in a corner still isn't working for them.

With all the talk about Oliver being such a great D coach, you would think he would have prepared more than just 2 sets of D to be played. EGF will not be able to pull this off if they continue to run just 2 sets of D. They seem to be struggling already. That's what seemed to happen to them in the 3rd period of the last game.

I was really hoping for a TRF rematch with EGF. I know some of my EGF friends are going to enjoy watching their team get another piece of Warroad. Prowler, I'm going to back you on this one. I recall many games played with Warroad in the past couple of years that were dirty. They have a different style of play that is less than honorable at times. I really hope the Englestad boy is okay.

How much success will EGF continue to have if they seem to skate just 2 lines, as some have mentioned? I thought this team was supose to have so much depth.
