Would a Warroad Roseau Co-op be the end of High school hockey? You would have to think at the very least they would win the AA title about half the time. Can't see that ever happening. It's just to bad Slyvester,Bethune, and Roth hadn't gone to school a little farther west. Then section 8 could head back north with both the A and AA championships. I think EGF will get theirs.

If it comes down to goaltending I like Marshall. Don't think it will. Game will be similar to what Hermantown did to Denfeld.

I think warroads only chance is if that recruited top line can come out and get them a early 2 goal lead and then get outstanding goaltending (also recruited) to hang on. Not very likely against this EGF team.

Seems for the most part they got it right. #1-#4 seeds making it to the semis with only a handful of #5's and none of those have made it to the finals. That's in both A and AA. Why are we always second guessing these coaches when obviously they are brilliant.

I hope Roseau and YON win this section so we can all see this kid on the big stage at the X, playing as an unseeded underdog against a top 3 team.
