Hope you're wrong on that one! It'll be a good game regardless. I'm excited to see if this younger core at STA can get the job done. STA also has put up some pretty poor results in section finals in recent years. Good luck Not true...The Cadets went to state last year, lost in the finals the year b...

Really though, hockey beats every other sport in this regard. I know wrestling packs the X for the state tournament pretty well, but I think that has a lot to do with the huge variety of schools represented as opposed to the eight for hockey. If you watch football at all, neither the Bank nor the D...

One wears blue, the other wears green. Besides that, not much. They're both hated equally.

However, their hatred for each other is great. Did anybody catch the pre-quarterfinal chants between the two? Too funny.

Have you been to Eden Prairie, Minnetonka or STA's parking lot lately?
Yeah, just today actually. There wasn't much there over break.

I wonder if the likes of Versich will follow. Donahue will probably stay in my opinion, with his commitment to the Air Force Academy.

You hear of all the booze partying that goes on at the school. A) Yupp, because all the other school-endorsed athletic teams in MN are angels in terms of partying... Give me a break, the State Tourney itself has a rep for being the place teams party most at. B) Completely irrelevant post to the top...

Nathan McKinnon vs. MN Players

This kid is just unreal. We think we have talent here, but this kid is a whole new level.

Do any Minnesotan high school players even come close to comparing?

Since when does cross-checking two players in the back not get a penalty, but when one shoves back he gets 2 for roughing? Disgusting officiating.

Oh and don't even get me started on the holding no-call at the end the end of the third! STA v. Hermantown 2013 anybody?

The Classic Suburban is changing it up I see. Or should I say "Metro East"... Ruined a wonderful conference name.

I see why these schools would want this, having to play with STA, Hill, and even Mahtomedi for that matter.
