Goaltending will be a strength at FLAKE The good news is that whatever confidence your daughter may lack, you'll make up for it. Here's your AA state tournament breakdown from last year. FLAKE, Lakeville South, Eastview - Seniors Edina, Maple Grove - Juniors Eden Prairie - Sophomore *Hill Murray - ...

If my notes are correct, one of the new goalies is a 10th grader who made it to the St. Cloud camp this past summer, and one of the 9th grade goalies should be there in 2017. It's a big step from state summer camp to backing a top 10 AA team. I've seen this said goalie, and she is not ready to make...

/\ /\ /\ /\ Thats how it ended...how bout some predictions! I don't have a dog in the fight anymore but Edina is going to dominate everybody this year. Then Maple Grove. After that 3 through 10 are probably interchangeable. I don't see Forest Lake in the top ten, with a D1 senior goalie they got OH...

The best kids from 01/02 selects and Jungles 02 selects so 30 kids two teams.observer wrote:I've wondered about the 30 player roster too. Gonna get busted up as they should. I imagine the top 15 are outstanding.

Is there an online roster for Team Surge floating around anywhere? Nothing on the Elite League site yet or on the sheets at the rink the other day either. It's been posted on this site before. Look around in the threads talking about the 02 Orange and/or 02 Elite Selects. All 30-some of the kids me...

My guess is team surge will be one of the two JWCD teams next spring. Kind of saw this coming this summer. Should be fun I know Josie and Ellen are looking forward to the challenge of playing in the HS elite league. Just got the invite which confirmed my prognostication. (NostraZamboni Driver) Who ...

That's why I'm here- to add legitimacy. Surge does only play two other teams over the course of the league- CCM and Reebok. They probably could play an expanded schedule and play a similar schedule as Sky or Royal and probably be just fine. But as you pointed out Elite League has not done this in t...

I know 17 of them...mmmbop! Well then I guess its people like you who make this forum legit. Without a dog in the fight, I didn't realize until Zamboni pointed it out, that they (02's) are playing a somewhat exhibition schedule...Is it a first, because I don't remember Elite League doing this in ye...

HS elite league already produces the u-16 and u-19 tier one entrants. So it only makes sense that they should probably be the staging area for the u-14 team. The fall u-14 idea while valid does not allow for multiple sport athletes and is to expensive. The HS league is a better option and value. Fal...

02's are team surge in Elite league That makes no sense to me.... No offense to the kids, but why are they putting kids who for the most part, haven't played Varsity hockey, in a league with top Varsity players? Doesn't that water down the competition for the top Varsity players and defeat the purp...

Boy Zam sounds like a fun guy to be around. He fires his coaches and asst coaches and sues kids that smack talk his daughter on the ice. Oh wait he didn't end up going after that 13 year old boy because he was punished enough in the eyes of the great Zam. What a way to go through life. Have fun Fla...

Re: Beantown
Hmmm, I think posts like this (and MNSTAR) say a lot more about the individual posting, than it does of their intended targets. There is certainly room for discussion, but there is also a better way to introduce the subject. I said it before, find something good to say/post. There is so much good o...

So which MN teams are playing this year? Slightly adjusted the age/year levels so also curious which tier everyone is registered at - red, blue, 01, etc. It will be interesting to see which 02 selects machine coach gets kicked out in Boston Hmmm, I think posts like this (and MNSTAR) say a lot more ...
