Re: 2020 Section Tournament Scores Thread

Heard from a HF parent at the game last night he was left off the playoff roster for disciplinary reasons. I looked and he was the 2nd leading scorer on the team so it had to be something big if Coach Rahn left him off going into playoffs. It will be interesting if he ever plays for the Fire again?

Re: Section 2AA Seeding Discussion

Don’t sleep on HF. They have been to 3 Section Finals in a row. PL and Chaska have not for quite a few years. Should be a great section playoffs with Tonka vs EP. Tonka already proven they can beat EP.

Re: NDTP Invites MN edition

Heard he declined the invite because he already knew he was not going to leave high school to play there. I think more should do that to give others a chance.

Re: Private School Top 10 for 2018-19

Typically they have a very good non conference schedule which tells me they want to play in the tough games. They always schedule a very tough non conference schedule. I know they lost a couple of good games (Lakeville South and Lakeville North at the end of the summer since Shakopee decided to play...

Re: Private School Top 10 for 2018-19

Only Orono twice. They don’t have a choice since they are stuck in the Wright County Conference. Agree competition not great within conference but they are stuck there. I did hear they are looking to go independent as early as next season to avoid playing some of these games. School controls it but ...

Re: Early Departures 2018-19

As I mentioned last month, He will NOT be back in High School this year. It will all trickle out starting this week. Skippers will be fine. They have enough depth but replacing a player like Brink is never easy.

Brink will NOT be back in high school this year according to reliable source in the USHL. Skippers will be fine without him. They have enough talent there to fill in the holes.
