Re: 2018 fall Elite League
If I was from Wisconsin I would understand what the heck your trying to say #-o . I'm just trying to use the math and games that have been played to justify my position. Even if it's hard for you to understand you can at least tell yourself that Black fared better against Shattuck no matter if you ...

Re: 2018 fall Elite League
I still don't get your logic so they lost 5-3 then in 4 games so they gave up five so 4 goals less than White against Shattuck. so according to my math that is 26 vs 22. Maybe to quote you the right kids were not there in the 8-0 game and they were there for the 4-4 game. "Elite league is all ...

Re: 2018 fall Elite League
I was told the decision to play black instead of white was mainly due to goaltending. The Elite league, Minnesota Hockey, and Shattuck all agreed that black goaltending was a lot stronger.

A hot topic for me in which I can’t comment. I wish I could however. But without going to deep, and to somewhat stop my urge to comment further and start something that could possibly ruffle some feathers. I will say this. I’m not a surprise on one side for the award given. But the other side... I ...

Remember, Coach has to nominate at beginning of year, also must be a member of MSGHCA. Some girls probably had years that surprised their coaches. They probably were not on the radar at beginning of year or were coming off a year that was average. Morgan for example was a transfer in from ND my gue...

Speaking of that, anyone know the breakdown of who won what for state awards? the 10 total goalies and 10 forwards are listed but any surprises or omissions for other awards? A hot topic for me in which I can’t comment. I wish I could however. But without going to deep, and to somewhat stop my urge...

certainly OK to ruffle feathers on the Forum. Most can take it. As long as no players are the target. It is assuredly not any players fault for getting an award or recognition of a job well done. I think all can make an argument one way or another on who may have deserved to get recognition but it ...

Not sure if she has been listed here but we should not over look the Junior goalie from Roseau, Kiana Flaig. If memory serves me correctly (but I am getting older) she was the goalie in the U12 A state tournament that faced 150+ shots and held her team to a second place finish. Roseau won a big gam...
