Re: Early Departures 2019-2020

From DE, heard L. Anderson is strongly considering going to Des Moines (USHL) and forgoing his senior year, if true wouldn’t be surprised to see Jeannette consider leaving as well, however not sure what his options are.

Re: AA state tourney seeding

Go with the QRF formula, working well in 7AA. Working well? Im not sure id go that far. A mediocre Forest Lake team gets the 4 seed + home ice over ER, GR, and Duluth Marshall. They should have easily been the 7 seed in this section, I mean c'mon they lost to the 6 and 7 seed in their own section??...

Re: AA state tourney seeding

CakeScout Guessing at this point that Deast and Edina will set up in opposite brackets, so could shape up to be heckof a final if they both make it through. Would be a repeat of the 1997 championship game where Dan Carlson won it for the Hornets in a 1-0 game. And Randolph is the only coach with a ...

Looks like the Hounds drop Roseau, Bloomington Jefferson and Anoka for Champlin Park, Eagan, and Moorhead. Interesting.

I think East's goalie is better than Edina's, I think. That'll be the difference.
that was the difference maker. Mackay can’t afford to let in a goal from outside the blue line in the third period.

Who ya got?
The difference maker is going to have to be the goalies, Kleive and Mackay have never played in bigger games in their lives.

for the sake of an entertaining state tournement, we need Edina STA Minnetonka and DE in there. That would be the best tourney for the fans.

It's a package deal - if Elk River returns to a metro section, then Andover has to come with. Unfortunately, Hermantown can only fill one of the spots. If they both leave, and Hermantown moves up, that would leave section 7AA with 8 teams. That would be perfect and it would take away the 8/9 play-i...
