blood,<br><br>i was thinking the same thing about athletics not being a "right" but a privledge. my lines of thinking were anyone who plays a sport must meet certain academic requirements above the "normal" which is in place now. but then again we discriminate against the student...

ghs,<br><br>if some coaches are telling kids as you suggest that would be my first sign to turn the other direction. dedication to the game has nothing to do with transferring. it has a lot to do with giving to the game in the form of volunteering with coaching, clinics, being a good role model, etc...
