Congrats to him, he should fit in well with the Mavs, hopes he has some success in the WCHA. It's not everyday we see a PR kid playin in the WCHA.

I'm guessing he would pick hockey over football. That'd be a nice tandem for Harvard to pick up, congrats if he is actually goin there.

It's shocking to hear, it would be weird for a school like Brainerd not to have a hockey program. Hopefully they can pull through to field a team again next season.

Nice article, it she couldve been somewhat of a factor of his schooling but I think he wouldve done it whether or not he had a girlfriend going there next year.

It all depends on STA's recruiting class for the coming 2008-2009 season.

I'd also like to know why Ness and Moorhead players aren't participating in this.

The refs in the WCHA have benn very poor this year and worse than last year I think and yes Shepherd is horrible, probably the worst of all.

Roseau only beat Jefferson 4-3 and scored with 0.2 seconds left Jefferson wasnt even a top 20 team this year And Hill only beat Moorhead 4-3 scoring late yet they were definitely the best team at the tourney. Tourney was down in terms of good games...the only real good game to watch was Edina/BSM. But as said before the state tourney is fun to watch no matter what.

Congrats to Hill they played a great tourney and deserved it (even though I despise the privates ). Good job boys.

Even though I don't like the privates, you gotta keep em it keeps the "public vs. private" rivalry around.

STA should opt up to AA, they are just "trophy-chasing" as used in the article by playing in single A. Good article.
