soonesyn #crunch was correct, i was very clear that Nagel is not a "bad" player, in fact i said he was a "good" player. It doesn't surprise me that some schools are talking to him, but to answer your question i do think the main reason is because he is "big". Happens al...

Nagel is a classic example of a "big" kid that people see has upside. He doesn't see the ice very well and refuses to pass. I think it will be a long year for him. Nice kid, "good" player, but not a great player. He will get some opportunity because of his size.

Mueller
McDonald
Carew

Three very exciting players who don't get a lot of attention.

Once again Totino shot themselves in the foot with penalties. They outplayed Orono and dominated play for the most part. Bottom line however Orono had 5 and TG had 4. Game over.

Re: TG

SPUD<br><br>Good point, i agree but it is not easy. they would love to get out. i know the football program feels the same way. Getting Benilde and SLP in the conference this year helped but overall the conference is pretty weak. finding a new conference and getting a new conference to let you in is...

TG

Totino is not the same team as last year but still a very good team. They are really missing Schack from last year and a couple of other defensemen who were good with the puck and strong in the offensive zone. They have controlled play in most of their losses but have failed to put the puck in the n...

CDH vs STA

Cretin by a bunch. Totino which is a mediocre team, gave STA all they wanted and had more scoring chances. Cretin is too strong, they will win by 3 or pucks. <p></p><i></i>

Re: STA & JS

i didn't intend the D3 comment as an insult. How many kids even get to play D3? He's a "good" player but my point is that is all he has proven so far. There are a lot of "good" players out there, he has a long way to go. I don't remember him being the talk of the State Tornament ...

schroeder

Schroeder is not top 10. He's a nice little player with good hands and who knows how to dangle in open ice and score. Reminds me of Wentland with Tri-City. He will be a real good Div. 3 player. <p></p><i></i>

Re: TRF/ Totino

I didn't see it, but four 5 on 3 opportunites in one period for TRF which resulted in 3 goals? Not very common. TRF could be better but i bet it's a 2-1 or 3-2 game. <p></p><i></i>
