I disagree. I'd pick Hibbing over Delano and Greenway over Orono. Greenway is not at the same level as Hermantown and would be a big underdog if the meet in the semis. If they meet Hibbing I think they'd have a shot at the finals. These two sections are very close.

The same could be said of Section 2: After Breck there is no serious contender at state. Section 2 might be slightly deeper but not by much.
