Hopefully!

One can only hope, but like most things that get proposed within the white bear area commuity, support is often lacking. I think if this is done right, and the people get behind it, this can happen. I think its a community rich within its program, and deserves an opportunity, along with Mounds View ...

It seems to me that people are really missing the big picture. As far as I see it, those were the best two teams playing, and that might as well been the championship! I think the system is a mess... and if they really want it to work move teams around so you get the best teams in the finals! How sa...

Gunslinger, Relax....now put the gun down & come off the ledge. High school sports and student athletes are doing just fine. I think you are looking at just a small piece of the pie & ignoring all that is right with high school sports. The world will continue to turn regardless of how the open enro...

Slinger, has our athletic system eroded or just evolved. Private schools and transfers and OE and many other things have changed for sure but I wouldnt say things are eroded. I go to a number of High School sporting events The last 2 were the hockey tournament and a section final in Bball. I didnt ...

Will the new rule change things? Nope, it really won’t! I think we all must realize changing the rule only opens Loopholes and creates parents that will be willing to sell a home, and move into another district for athletic reasons. Fanatical people will do whatever it takes to move their kids into ...

The winner gets Moorhead.

The loser gets Whapeton-Breckenridge
They could play the game at Hillsboro!

This is the first WBL game I have been to in over a month, and let me simply say that this team has changed for the better. The Bears struggled early, yet seemed to keep their composure and pulled it out in the third. I was impressed with #22... from the Bears... A blueliner that really seemed to se...

Seems like the "Board Police" have pretty much taken that part of the game away. Like the new rules in hockey, they have implemented a tighter control, which is supposed to improve the game! Though, on this one I think it has taken the game to an unimproved level!

we cant even get goal judges, and now they want some dork to sit with a stopwatch and keep track of who has possesion of the puck! This is a geek who has WAYYYYYYYYYYY to muc time on his hands!

How about we have Zamboni time too... somone can keep track of avg zamboni resurfacing time!

Stillwater always seems to play the bears tough, especially at home! Though, WBL seems to be playing very well right now, and I dont think that helps the ponies who just lost to Forest Lake in OT! I think the Bears will win this one by 3 or 4!~

After reading all the posts, I see many I would agree with and many not! Personally I didnt think the officials did that poor of a job, at least as not as poor as the bears were the 1st period! For a first place game the Bears sure didnt seem to be up for it. Though once the second period rolled aro...
