Both these schools have solid AA enrollments, there is no opting down. Someone has to be the last seed. Cambridge 1382 St. Francis 1463 Wasn't that long ago STMA was at this level and they have built a solid program. STMA has 1488 students. Starts with the youth program and builds from there. Playe...

Re: North Branch
What do you do if you're North Branch? You have to feel for those kids. They've been out scored 71-1 in their last seven games!!!! And St. Michael is up next. You should just be happy that somebody took your Cambridge-isanti's yearly doormat spot in the standings this year!!!!!!! Cambridge has a ri...

If you are a bad Class AA team, there is nothing stopping you from playing a schedule just like a bad Class A team. Heck, a mediocre Class AA team could adjust their schedule to not get many losses. If you realistically know you won't make state in your section, why not do this? ] Cambridge did thi...

Will their JV coach finish the season then as the head then??? That is to bad, he was doing good things with the team he had. Curious if it was his choice or the schools choice? I don't know, I think even BoDangles would say that this year is a big disappointment. Then again I think this is his fir...

Wasn't at the Cambridge/ Monticello game, but obviously CI goaltending was awful. Looks like they outshot Monti 30-24 and lost 8-1!! And Torrel didn't even score. Too bad, Saturday's game against Rogers could have meant something for CI, but not now. They had a chance to make it as interesting as la...

Even in the more remote areas, parents of A players are usually willing to drive great lengths. They do it from the end of the season until the start of the next. You see this when you have an A player who is forced to play at B1 because their association doesn't offer A. Spring to fall is spent try...
