Rumor has it that the coaches only comment after the 2 Rivers loss was "tryouts start Monday".

Re: 2023 Section 4AA Playoffs

None of the above was reflective of my previous time being close to the program, or is reflective of my observations currently and more removed from the program but as a casual follower/fan. Being told you are better than everyone else and are part of the best program in state has lead to entitled ...

Re: 2023 Section 4AA Playoffs

I'd argue anyone but Gentry Friday night. HM class program with history. Gentry is.....something HM reloads every year. How does it make their program classy? Good grief. The building staff at X loves Lex and his teams. The kids are very respectful of the building and all who they encounter, Lex in...

2-0 HM after 1st. Looks like the Godbout/Grubba connection is working for them. I feel history repeating itself again LOL: Godbout, Sampair.....Bonin! That isn't who I think it is?! There's Whisler there too. Wouldn't suprise me if that's Jeff Whisler's grandkid. Matthew Whisler is Tim Whisler's gr...

Re: Suburban east conference

Since I don’t see a TRME topic, I guess I will have to ask this question here, for all you HM boys. Why is Lech still allowed to coach your team? Given the incident (and this isn’t the first time a hazing incident has occurred under his watch). This isn’t as bad as the Proctor football situation, b...

MSHSL Rosters Varsity and JV

Anyone know where I can find rosters?
They used to be on the MSHSL website but can't find them anymore.
Thanks

Is this coming from the MN State High School League or the city of Saint Paul because the current Saint Paul vaccine or negative test requirement expires on February 27th, unless it’s extended.
I missed the expiration date on that.
That's rare with the mandates.
That hopefully holds true.

2022 State Tournament

Sounds like proof of vaccination or negative test results will be required to attend the tournament this year. Players and "supporting staff" need not provide proof.
That will be an interesting mess as will the rest of downtown that weekend.

Re: Hill-Murray Update

Done deal, feel terrible for the kids. :( What happened in the meeting? https://www.mshsl.org/about/news/tournament-news/change-boys-hockey-class-aa-state-tournament-bracket The statement by the MSHSL makes it sound like it was HM decision not to play. Obviously not and quite the deflection by the ...

Re: Hill-Murray Update

Yes, the MSHSL is specifically trying to keep one of its biggest brands, who also happen to be the defending champs, out of its crown jewel event. (Sarcasm, in case it wasn’t obvious) I don’t particularly begrudge HM for pursuing all avenues to compete, but the MSHSL is just applying rules equally ...

Re: Class AA QF - Wayzata vs Hill-Murray

Wayzata in a no contest is the way it looks right now. Hill's JV hasn't played in over a month. I'm sure they'd suit up. They were undefeated this year, but I doubt they could challenge Wayzata. But that would be better than a no contest. The whole thing is a joke. The kids do as asked, where masks...

Re: Hill-Murray Update

Why do teams have to sit out when an opponent has a positive. I thought exposure required more than 10 minutes of constant exposure to someone. That was why all the rinks only allowed teams in 10 minutes before their ice time and masks were supposed to have been worn on ice. Makes no sense unless th...

Re: Official Section Seedings

Agree. I thought it needed to be a constant exposure for a number of minutes and that just does not happen on ice. Are the masks not helping against the on ice transmission? 1 team with a positive test result that is not found out until section finals could conceivably wipe out a section based on th...
