The evaluators are very good at picking out the top talent. I have been in the room when selections are made and it is a fair process. It is both a combination of coaches evaluations and Minnesota Hockey evaluations. Most of the guys in the room are NHL scouts and know more about hockey than 99% of ...

The Family Advisers will come to you if your kid is good enough. Usually happens during the Advanced 15, 16, or 17 events out in New York or during the Elite League season. A lot of the local players go through the Sheehy's or Octagon Sports around this area.
5-1 Mg over Osseo 6-3 Blaine over Anoka. The last game was very exciting! 4-3 with a minute left. Anoka should have won, couldn't capitalize on their chances. I think a team like Maple Grove will stack up against East on a smaller ice surface. Clearly, East is a more skilled team. If Maple Grove isn't soft and eliminates Randolph and co. after they cycle the puck to prevent them from getting to open space (and stay out of the penalty box) they will have a...
Looking forward to the game on Wed. Is MG
rink Olympic ice? If so how will that effect the game?
Yes it is an Olympic sheet. Maple Grove doesn't lose at home very often, but haven't played a team as talented as East this year.
