Re: Early Departures 2019-2020

As mentioned above, knowledgeable sources have tonite confirmed a change to previous information from last summer: Humphrey and Michaelis have changed their thinking from last summer and will return for the season to Elk River HS. This definitely shakes up the 7AA dynamics, as both should be 50+ po...

Did they make up the Fargo games? If so, those aren't included in the stats yet.
I think they played them this weekend?

Re: Bantams vs. High School

What are some of the expenses involved with HS hockey, & how much are they? Skates, sticks, pads and ice time are the big ones. Bus and driver. Occasionally if the coach wants to hire an assistant who wants more than what the school will pay that has to be covered. In my experience the state tourna...

Re: Bantams vs. High School

My thought is every single situation/kid is different in regards to the association they are in, what kind of bantam team you are on, what the HS team's look like, times of games/practices, size/strength of the kid, cost/travel, kid mature enough to be around HS kids, etc. Lots of variables and agai...

Just a head up I think Nov 1 is easiest day for NAHL tender offers/signings so it may be interesting what offers are given based on EL discoverers, past camp performances or other.
GB?? Can you confirm or clarify??
Thanks
Yes, 11/1 is the first day tenders can be signed.

Re: Watch NTDP vs Elite League this weekend

Chaz ended up with 5 and JJ 3 Final 17–5 as Team NE with a tough day for D and Gs Lucius with 5, and not a single one from outside of 10 feet. 4 of 5 within 3 feet. Stands next to the net and shovels in rebounds (which is certainly a skill all its own). Expends very little energy; rarely gives a hi...

Re: 2019 Elite League Rosters

I just wonder if HSEL is going to have to go to an all star roster to play vs the USA 17s in the future. Goaltenders did not have a good day, but it was a Team loss by Northeast not just goalies. There wasnt much D going on in this game. Several stretch passes for breakaway goals. Also, many times ...

With the demise of the Schwan Cup, does anybody know which holiday tournament Hill-Murray is playing in?
They are in Plymouth in the same tourney as St. Louis Park has had - they added teams to play in Plymouth. So 8 teams in SLP, 8 in Plymouth.

So BP, does that mean you have Brainerd finishing both first and third in Section 8 AA then? You might want to do some homework on that one and possibly Section 8AA in general. It's possible that you've missed all of the top 3 teams in the section on your list. Interesting to see the succ...

That counts as well. There were some '03 tenders on affiliate lists for other teams that will make it. This allows them to bring an extra guy into camp.
