Let me help you with a little something to tell your team. The refs are in charge. Sounds like your team didn't know that important fact. Refs get to call whatever they want. Usually the coaches fault for not telling the team that important detail. Players mimic their coach. If he's a fusser the tea...

2 sandbagging teams have been mentioned. Big deal! Let them enjoy some success to help revitalize their programs with new excitement. Sorry your team lost to them. Your plan would create many more unbalanced situations. Those two teams will likely opt to play at a higher level next year if the talen...

I explained before that just cuz two association have 50 skaters at a level means almost nothing because one group may work and train ...

What benefit is there in leaving it up to the associations and districts? Cuz they know their players best. 20 hockey players in East Grand Forks aren't necessarily the same as 20 hockey players in Albert Lea. Tons of variables. Numbers can mean very little in terms of individual player development.

Depending of the strength of the association teams I'm ok with some top girls playing PeeWee when many are more mature, bigger and stronger than boys their age. Everything changes at bantam age when boys jump in size, now checking and sexual interest in the opposite sex blooms. Huge change. Not a fa...
