I agree it will come down to the winner of 6aa and Duluth east. I would put Benilde in the top spot based on pure team talent. I think their D and goaltending will be one of their strong points. Between Jecha and Quale they have the best goaltending combination in the state. Their D should be very s...

They should be as good as anyone with Quale, Besse, Horton, Horn, O'Borsky, Labosky, Moore, Collins, Hale, jecha Ellegard but their section is tough with Minnetonka (loaded as well).

I think the top 3 in no particular order are Minnetonka, Duluth East, and BSM. Other teams that will be right up towards the top are Maple Grove and Hill-Murray. Eden Prarie will have a young competitive team but will have a difficult time putting the puck in the net. They do have a strong Bantam Te...

Great game tonight! Slow start for Wayzata ended up costing them.when the hame went to OT you just new Rau would be the guy to end it.Rau was not very noticeable all night but when the game is in doubt he steps up. That is what Rau has the "it" factor that you can not teach.

Bardowm33 You didn't see the BSM Wayzata game so don't make stupid comments. BSM is a very good team that could have won that hame with a bounce or 2 and without the referee waving off 2 goals in the 3rd. BSM did make a few defensive breakdowmns that cost them the game and props to Wayzata for makin...

I would take Daly and Horton over any other D in the section, not even close. The goalies are about even.

He will have to show what he can do in Juniors before he gets any offers. There are a lot of great goalies across the state and country.

I have seen all those teams multiple times this season and the teams you mentioned are really good teams and BSM beat Maple Grove, Tonka, and HM so if shows that this season is up for grabs. After the last week, is BSM the best team, no but they can beat anyone and same with the other teams we are t...

STAR your logic then says HM is no good (lost to BSM, EP,Burnsville), Wayzata is no good (lost to Moorhead twice, Minnetonka, EP, Maple Grove tied Burnsville and EP), Eden Prarie is no good (lost to Edina twice, Eagan, Duluth East, Holy Angels). Everyone knows this year is up in the air and there ar...

BSM, for the most part, plays a strong schedule outside of there 6-8 bad league games. A schedule that includes SSM, Hill, Minnetonka, EP, Moorhead, Maple Grove, Elk River, Centenial, Duluth Marshall, Edina, St Cloud Tech, Osseo, AHA and Stillwater is not a weak schedule. All the teams in the state ...

I was at the AHA Shattuck game last evening and AHA had a number of scoring chances but could'nt bury the puck. Shattuck is so well coached and play with great discipline but not as deep compared to years past. The top line for Shattuck is very good and BSM has to slow them down to have a chance. Th...

Great win for SPLP. They have a couple talented forwards (2 elite league players) but as a team really never put it together until last night. SPLP had a game plan and stuck to it and got a career game from their goaltender. We will see how BSM reacts tomorrow night against Shattuck. It also shows y...
