They may be beatable, but I find it more interesting that the Roseau kids got thumped early in the season, but have caught up and passed most at year end. We in the cities can learn a lot from the Roseaus of the world. Instead of having tryouts in September, why not let kids finish their fall activ...

Ness hasn't been whoopin anything or anybody since he left the Northwoods competition heck he has 1 assist in his last 9 games. [-X Roseau is a one line team, they will shorten the bench more then any other team. I think they will lose in the second round. So because they shorten the bench, that me...

Are we really upset that some teams always dominate? We should probably throw Roseau in there too. Their youth teams are always very good. They too should be forced to field two A teams to make it fair for the less priviledged. Not a good comparison. A small assoc. has at most 30 - 35 go out for th...

Watchdog, I completely agree with you. Roseau beat Edina in the scrimmage in the last minute or so - pretty even game up until the end. Edina beat Wayzata in the last 30 seconds due to a penalty. Wayzata beat Elk River by one, but the game was pretty evenly matched. Wayzata lost to Roseau by severa...

Who is going to be Peewee A State Champs?
If you take a look at the Roseau tournament scores it could be a number
of teams that take the title. Elk River, Roseau, Wayzata, Edina and Chaska all have a shot if they can get there.

I agree Go Gophs Guy...well stated post. Why do we let the kid that doesn't put in the time, his/her parents whine, have the same playing time. That is NOT the way it works in life, should some slacker get a promotion just because he/she shows up for work, but doesn't work hard? No. I know it's just...
