Re: REASON for long shifts

If the league would let us play 20 minute periods the kids would not be so worried about getting enough ice time and not try to stretch their shifts out. I am the Section 1 coach and I don't know how to make em change on the first shift of the period if they don't come to the bench when you holler ...

I have seen a lot of the games and it appears to me that most teams get all of the players pretty equal ice time. This league is about playing time and not about winning at all cost.

No I heard today that he actually broke it when he was 5 and this was broken on purpose to correct a problem. He should be back next week

Jusy one other note I saw that Jack Hanna from Centennial showed up with what appeared to be a broken nose. So Phillippi had to play both games yesterday.

Yes some have risen to the top. Looks like Wisconsin has a better team this year then last.
