New Prague has had great coaching with Chris Lonke. As for on ice talent, in the section final, NP goalie Wagner was beyond stellar - as Lonke said afterwards, talking about NP making it to state, "without Wagner, we aren't having this conversation". Anything like that level of performance...

I wouldn't go quite that far; the elite league runs this tournament with SSM, and if you are a HS player hoping to get an elite league tryout, this is a decent opportunity to show why you deserve a look.

Great game, even though neither team played its best. Shots were 35-17 West, and both goalies played very well.
