Jags Forwards

Jeffersons first line could very well be one of the best in the state with LaBombard, Hovey and Josh Levine. Hovey is fast and will have some great opportunities playing with Levine, who is developong into a great power forward. As for LaBomard he is faceoff machine. Together the three move the puck...

Barr

I would agree with that statement MediaGuide...IMO if he can get quicker he can become a great player and a big help to the Jags this season.

Barr

Kevin Barr played pretty good. It was pretty evident that he was nervous to start the game, as most kids would be playing their first game for a new club. As the game went on he settled down and did what he did best and thats use his good hands and move the puck. I believe he had an assist as well. ...

exchange students

Im pretty sure that foreign exchange students get one year of eligibility for high school sports. I remember a pretty good player named Tibor Kutalek (sp?) that played for eagan, pretty sure he was from the Czech Republic and only eligible for one year.

Jags

Look for big things out of Lee and Levine. This years Jags are senior loaded. In addition to Lee looks to be 9 seniors on the roster. All of which can play. Such seniors include forwards hovey, dupont, shupe, labombard, dieter, addyman and defensemen roberts and lakeville transfer barr. This could a...

Who's not on the preseason radar that should be

As far as teams that are under the radar, I would say Rochester Century and Chaska are two teams that fall into this category.

Look at my post on Lakeville South that will tell you why they should and are not on the radar as a team to beat. Now we arent talking football here but since someone brought it up the reason Lakeville South is in the state quarterfinals is because they have a solid quarterback in Marcus Brumm and h...

Are yo out of your mind? Lakeville SOuth should be on the radar...give me a break! Name some good players on that team for me please. Not a single one has varsity experience. I wouldnt be surprised if they didn't win a single Lake game, well maybe they will beat Kennedy.

And I quote, "Jefferson lost too much from last year and will NOT be able to replace the offense and transition that Conelly has provide for 3 years."
-In regards to comment heres what I have to say Jefferson has has quite possibly the best goaltending in the state with Austin Lee. Josh Levine m...

Re: Lakeville

sticklicker- im not whining about what "could have been" a good team. im stating that lakeville north would without a doubt been a good hockey team without the loss of transfers. and if you disagree i will point of that beggs and cooper both played on the u.s. national under 17 team and solid player...

What about Austin Lee? I would tend to give him the nod as the best goaltender in section 6AA but thats just me i guess.

Re: Lakeville

Got anything to say about my comment sticklicker? In my opinion it seems that randy schmitz may have something to do with all of these transfers leaving lakeville. but one thing is for sure randy schmitz doesnt have a clue about the game is to be played and more importantly coached!

in regards to your comment on lakeville's senior class being the worst goose and whoever have coached. id like to point out the fact that they took 3rd place at the VFW state tournament when they were bantam A's. they would have been a solid team if not for loss of players due to transfers including...

Re: synerfy10

all im saying is they have some solid forwards returning, great goaltending, and some solid defense especially with the two transfers coming in from lakeville and benilde. id say that makes them a pretty solid team but well see if they put it all together.
