MSHSL doesn't allow any live streaming of games. Some organizations video the game and post afterwards.

Re: Blake and Breck
The fact that they would be dumped into a section with Edina, Blake, Wayzata and BSM might be one reason. If MN hockey had more even sections it might be more appealing. When you already have 8 of the top 15 teams in two sections it doesn't make for very competitive state tournaments.

Re: 2020 Ms. Hockey discussion
Any changes from the beginning of the season? I would say Nicholson still is probably the favorite given her contributions to the gold medal. But Mobley and Langseth's stock has risen.

Re: MN NAHL teams
Now that the 23 man rosters are out I count 14 MN's coming directly from HS on the USHL rosters and 29 on the NAHL rosters. Congrats to all the MN's moving on and continuing their hockey. Looks Like Eden Prairie leads with 4, followed by Duluth, Minnetonka, Chaska and Holy Family with 3. Seems like ...

Re: Which Varsity programs utilize their JV teams well?
Generally the larger programs with more numbers will utilize their JV's for their sophomore players. Smaller programs need younger players to come up earlier to fill the rosters.

Re: High school programs #s in Elite league
Maybe because they would be put in the "mini state tournament" section with Edina, Blake, Wayzata and Benilde. Until that section changes, I don't see them moving any time soon. Can you imagine had they kept Minnetonka in there?

Re: Elite league
when you turn the league over to a for profit organization, you get favoritism to the for profit organization. Plus a lot of pay for play. Don't need to try out to make teams even if you don't make beyond spring festival

Re: Serious question around HS players and drugs/alcohol
minnstar thanks for fighting the good fight. Our AD has given up. Our coach drinks regularly on the bench. Parents have complained, but the AD always takes the coach's side. Families that bring this up, there player never sees the light of day on varsity again.

heard she had in invite to play boys JV at EP. Seems to me that would have been a better development choice. Goalie always struggle with development at Edina due to lack of being tested.
