If Guentzel and Heinrich come back for HM, they should be top 3. Dugas, Lavalle, Becker, Brown all return. The biggest loss are the Sampairs, but returning the entire top line would give this team some serious firepower. Edina looks like they should be good for the next few years, assuming everyone ...

He's not supposed to be happy that his team lost BUT he should show the game the respect IT deserves and leave the medal on. Whine all you want about it in the locker room or to your parents and friends but when the majority of Minnesota is watching you, grow up and show some respect. I have to agr...

Loving the physicality in this one so far. Both teams are bringing it, especially Hill. It has the crowd fired up here at the X. Me too but at the same time calls that were drawing 5 minute majors two weeks ago aren't being called in this tournament. Agreed! Was at the whole tourney, and the head h...

Re: Moorhead - HM

You had to be in the arena to see it but HM Coach Bill Lechner spend an extra amount of time on the ice after the handshakes with Moorhead goalie Michael Bitzer. I'm sure he was congratulating and consoling him. Bitzer had a fantastic game. Bill Lechner is a great coach. don't you mean he was tossi...

I don't have access to anyones finances, but most families that can allow their children to play hockey, don't need the financial aid STA can give. I don't think STA is out there giving families money that don't need it. No way any bit of fraud could last that long. Most hockey families are very wel...

Many kids grow up playing together in their respective associations with the dream of making it to the State Tourney with their childhood friends (ie Maple Grove) others migrate to private schools (for the education...
