Apparently, Irondal/St A has moved to Surban East Conf.....makes sense since they play in sec 4AA The Northwest Suburban Conf doesn't show to be divided into north and west ... Penn St. had a donor who paid for the program. Notre Dame is national, not regional. Mankato is in a state hockey crazy, same reason Florida, Texas, Georgia, etc. can support so many D1 football teams. Omaha supported a USHL team far and away better than anyone else in that league for years at Aksa...

Why try to compare our hockey tourney to TX football...football playoffs are not a tourney as played in hockey or roundball...a little research shows TX football has 1226 schools playing football(142 schools have enrollment of 104 or less)..they have 12 state championship games..last year their atte...

Edina never has many..but East Ridge is a large school and I would have expected a larger contigent.. $19/ adult plus parking doesn't help, ...
