Let's face it, goaltenders are usually people who march to the beat of a different drummer. It's almost a requirement given the stresses of the position. I have never been surprised by any decision a goalie makes. My observation is based on being the parent of a former high school goaltender.

The scoring race is one thing. The Mr. Hockey race is a completely different thing. The scoring race will have little impact on the Mr. Hockey race, which is incredibly close, IMHO. SSC rivals have really been gunning for Irish. Schumacher Bump Line had real jump in their step tonite Chemistry on the Soph line at PL was evident. Rice was everywhere creating turnovers. Rosemount looked totally flat for some reason. Turnovers in their own zone, missed passes and dumb penalties.
