The answer is no, it should not be the only factor and I suspect it's not for many of those that vote.

If the Top 5 all make it to state it should make for a heck of a tournament with imho no clear cut favorite to win it all.

I think some people are shying away given the constant negativity and attempts to single out girls playing a sport to criticize and attack. Nice spin.
