It's too bad I had to miss the scrimmages! Hopefully Rendle can whip them into shape.

Re:

I like yours a lot. It was a big toss up for me between Lundquist and Erickson, but as soon as Erickson starts burying the puck (as we know she can, and will) she'll be on my top.

Re:

I like the Lightning's shots this year. Cloquet lost a big player in Maunu, still return a lot. But it was close last year.
They've got a huge returning line with Newton, Arola, Erickson.
Plus, they've got Erickson...

Re

Okay, I had forgotten about the Dekich situation. A low blow for the Lightning. However, the offensive threat from the D will probably come in handy. Who doesn't like a dangling D man every once and a while, after all. The D will have to be strong in the defensive zone as well, seeing as they'll str...

GR/G

With who the Lightning are returning, I can't see them not taking the section this year. Cloquet lost a big person in Maunu-Vichorek is good but I'm not sure if she can take over, those are some big skates to fill. The Erickson, Arola, Newton line will be unstoppable. Not to mention some of the best...

Re: GRG STP festival

I did attend. No player stood out too much in my mind. I do have a few opinions, and if you want to ask about individual players or teams, feel free and i will give some insight. One thing I think the Lightning need to do is play Kayla Clafton at center. She played some forward in one of the games ...

They are definitely the core. They do have some good defensmen returning, too. Heather Horgan was a good addition to the defense last year, then there's Clafton, Johnson, Dekich, Rothstein, and Hull. Pretty solid defensively. However, don't count out Dana Gallop, she put up some numbers last year. S...

Returning...

GRG has the majority of their people coming back, lost 3 players to graduation, including their goalie. But have their top line returning with Erickson, Arola, and Newton. CEC also has some power coming back with Lundquist and their goaltender Thunder, however, with Maunu gone it will leave a pretty...

One person I can't believe hasn't been on this board yet is Michelle Maunu! Talk about an athlete. Soccer, Football, Hockey, and Golf. Not to mention she's been to state in all of them and made quite the showing for herself.
