Prayers to Heather Olinger from the Gustavus women's hockey team for a full recovery from serious neck surgery this week. She sustained a major injury with multiple vertebra fractures last Friday in a game vs. St. Ben's when she was checked from behind.

Just saw the replay and you're right, #14 from Minnetonka with the extremely dirty hit there. And that was shortly after she took the penalty which was also dirty that gave Andover the power play game winner. No place in hockey for that garbage. Just absolutely brutal.

Well, at the very least we know that Ava Lindsay put up five goals vs. Stillwater. That can't be debated. BTW, we also see that a certain Stillwater player took three slashing penalties and a roughing in that same game in the span of 24 minutes. Impressive. Everyone must be proud.
