Not a chance until it's 5-0.
Got in at 8-1
That means they played in about half the game. Good experience
Or half the third, which was running time!

The real question should be who has a chance to take down Lakeville North.
Why? Are they the defending champions? Did they strip the hornets of the title?

As for BSM, I'm more mad at Pauly for letting a kid wear the #64 than not doing more to prevent his players, but I'm kind of an old fuddy-duddy at times like that.... I can find no mention of any famous #64 in the history of the NHL. Perhaps with the video going viral, this kid will take the honors...

Blah blah blah It was a tightly contested game that meant everything to the player participating. Nobody gave an inch the game and the emotions ran over and the kids on the ice, with all of their equipment on, starting wrestling and some punches were thrown. You would hope that this would not happe...

I call them as I see them. Edina green and white. Your name on board "green" coincidence?! Green colored glasses anyone! Green has never made any secret of where he's from - in fact he's stated it numerous times. You really haven't uncovered anything earth shattering. I agree with green that gettin...

Oh, I'm sorry, I didn't understand that zamboni was in their locker room. That was very nice of Blowby to let an opposing coach in their locker room after a game to see how edina talks to their 12 year old girls. Maybe they were just going over what they could do better. Nice how we just jump to th...

You beat Edina in a meaningless game. Edina is very dangerous and I would not want to play them when it counts. What happened in the Brainerd and Roseau games. Brainerd and Roseau are really playing well right now. So I might give you a pass with those games. Problem is if you guys want to be taken...

Giles has done a great job working with the youth and being an important part of their development. In my eyes it is not a coincidence that Edina started going to state again once those kids that were mites and squirts in 1999 and 2000 became Varsity players. I'm curious as to why this viewpoint ha...

Almost seemed like Giles was the first person ever to not put Bellows in every single role imaginable, & dad wasn't a fan of it. Which is interesting, because the kid got lots of PP time, and Edina isn't exactly the team that will just roll with two lines. His ice time had to rank up there with eve...

First Part was pretty good. I think this part does a bit better in the exposure. Of course, not much new for regulars here. http://blogs.citypages.com/blotter/2015/01/game_misconduct_the_biggest_threat_to_the_state_of_hockey_may_be_itself.php Some pretty good stuff here: "The chance to play with hi...

Played Edina Green last night. Great game won 2-1. Both teams played well.Great effort from both teams. Didn't think anything of but my daughter is usually the last person out of the locker room. Found out that after our last player had left the arena The coaches still had the kids in the locker ro...

SATS, have your watched freshmen Sam Walker and Clayton Phillips for Edina Varsity this year, and if so does Olsen standout a lot more ?? Both Hornets were nationally rated Bantams like Olsen was , and now are getting a fair amount of varisity playing time. I think Phillips is in top 2 D pairs, and...

So he got cut so Beaupre's kid could play--back up goalie. Sorry to say it, but I don't feel too sorry for a fringe senior who loses a spot his senior year to someone else (who in this case happens to be another senior). Rich You are completely uninformed. Nobody cares if you feel sorry for the kid...

I for one, love this story!! It very much matters that he was a senior and that he was cut. That is one of the best parts of the story. This young man was told by a proverbial "hockey expert" that he was done, he did not have what it took to be part of a program that he had been a part of since mit...

Nothing. Simply gives the reader context, background, point of reference, whatever. Not sure what the point of your question is.

Duluth East junior Luke Dow has been ruled eligible by the MSHSL and can suit up for the Hounds' varsity squad tonight. Good news for DE, obviously, as their offense will benefit from a dynamic player like him. Eligible under what criteria? He changed High Schools and did not move? What makes him e...
