I guess I would have to say the Grand Rapids or the Jefferson fans seemed like some of the best in my opinion.

Maybe the best in Rochester, MAYBE?? But not even close to the best fans in the state! Get out of Roche...

I really don't have an opinion on who is the better player, since both are splendid players, but in terms of draft status, I can tell you, and even if Hockey Scout is around, too, he might throw his words into the mix, that big, scoring forwards are a dime a dozen, and defensemen that can control t...

If you have it at a school that is not in the section where would you have it for Section 1 games?? In the metro? THat would be the closest to a section 1 team is you wanted it in another section. Now you are not even close to any of the teams except for Lakeville. I think that no matter where you h...

I guess I just get the feeling that it is not truly a neutral site because of what town it is in. I dont see how you can realistically say any Rochester team does not have an advantage there. The only thing neutral about it is the ice and rink specs, and thats where it stops. No Lakeville or New Pr...

Only reason it's close is because Lapic and Adams won't play the third
Lapic and Adams will play the 3rd no matter the score, as always.

Despite there being more teams in Class A, there is much disrespect given in both discussion and threads about Class A hockey. Are you really trying to say that no thread has ever gotten off topic at all? And I really doubt that mentioning a Class A team in a thread that was rudely entitled Class A...

A couple of years ago Lourdes was going to have to move up due to their co-op enrollment, so they dropped Chatfield and Plainview to avoid that, so I am pretty sure that they don't have that desire. Also, it would be awful to be able to siphon Rochester's best talent and then not win the section eh...

As a coach, seeding take away from the purpose of a state tournament. I can see why you seed the top four teams, but seeding all teams would basically make a cinderella story a thing of the past. Go back to rotating the sections and see what happens. The tournament had a more thrilling tone to it b...

section 1AA should def be at the top of this list for AA, i mean lakeville south are you kidding they dominated last year, and with weber "walking on water" they will win state 2 AA and 6 AA at the top for sure. 1 AA rep will again be the weakest link, but Mayo tender could make life tough for some...

EP not accepting that invitation is understandable for two reasons: 1. They would probably have to start in the Bronze Cup, which would make their SOS worse. 2. They already play in the Edina Holiday Tournament, which brings 3 other good opponents, and they have 19 conference games. Playing in the ...

southernmnscout, very few are saying that seeding is not a good thing; the issue is that if you're going to seed you should for every spot. Imagine if only the top 4 were seeded for sections.
